Whimsical Marco Wedding

C + G’s original dream venue fell victim to extreme damages by hurricane Ian and with no clear re-opening date they were forced to relocate the wedding to Hilton Marco Island. In just shy of two months of their date the wedding was redirected and planned for the second time.

A typical wedding is planned one- two years in advance. Planning a wedding requires a substantial amount time and attention to detail. C + G knew even after their venue took a major hit they were going to more forward with the wedding on their original date. Their wedding landed at the Hilton on Marco Island in sunny Florida. It’s hard to imagine this dreamy day was put on hold and replanned in two-months time.

Details

G played around with a pastel color palette for this classy yet delicate look. The black accents of his pant and bow-tie elevated the blue and yellow tones in his jacket and boutonniere.

C went with a classy low bun that paired perfectly with her under-veil and low back dress.

The Reception

C + G’s wedding design was created with color and texture in mind. Pops of peach, yellow and blue tones elevated the color palette while the accents of gold kept a traditional feel. Peach Poppies were the heart of the of floral design. The florist, Signature Florals from Southwest, FL brought life to these poppy focused centerpieces.

When reconfiguring C + G’s wedding design to fit the needs of their new venue we were intentional to keep the elements most important to them; spring florals with organic movement.

C + G’s night ended with an epic outfit change and the sweetest kiss.
